I hired Jeff, with Andrus Construction, to help me navigate a Pine Valley cabin remodel. The cabin was built in 1980, and it was in desperate need for a renovation.

We are still in the building process, but every step of the way, Jeff and his team have been fabulous to work with. The line of communication has remained open, and although many thought that the original build would have been better off demolished, to just start over, Jeff knew that the sentimental value of the existing cabin was priceless to me. He has facilitated a complete transformation, keeping the integrity of the original cabin- while seamlessly updating and integrating the new and improved.

During 2022 I was needing to build a new house. My wife had recently passed away and being older I was needing to build a new home to be closer to my daughter and son-in-law. I was in temporary housing so it was important to have the new home built quickly. The housing market was very active. Andrus construction was able to start construction quickly, and line up sub contractors who were able to finish a good quality home within budget and on time. Being older I had to depend on my daughter to line up design issues. My daughter worked with Kat Andrus who has an eye for design ideas and lined up good good quality design products.

Thank goodness we found Andrus construction. We spent a fair amount of time researching contractors to build our home and after researching and talking to several contractors, Jeff made us feel like he was the best option. The process for us was not always smooth but, Jeff and Kathy, the project manager, always took care of everything that needed to be addressed.
